What currency are your prices listed in?

Our prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). If you would like to determine the approximate cost in another currency, we suggest you utilise an online currency converter, which will give you an estimate of the cost. Keep in mind that currency rates fluctuate daily, and your card will not be charged until the order actually ships which could result in a variation in the rate on the day of shipment.

How can I ensure that the product I purchased is authentic and not counterfeit?

The OZWEAR UGG production process is highly accurate with precision stitching to ensure you get perfect shape and fit, soft comfort and long lasting durability.
Our stringent quality control means you get a superior crafted product every time you buy OZWEAR UGG.

How do I know the correct size in my country?

Please check the sizing charts to confirm the right size. Our sizing is listed in Australian and European sizes. Please note that new OZWEAR UGG boots feel very snug and will loosen and mold to your feet fairly quickly.

Are OZWEAR UGG styles water proof?

Selected styles within the range are water-resistant. For selected styles that are not, you will need to waterproof them with a good quality scotch guard spray. Lightly spray your boots from a small distance so that the boots have an even spread mist applied. Allow 10 minutes for them to dry prior to wearing them. Waterproofing your sheepskin boots will protect your boots from cooking oil, dirt or water and help to increase their life. Be aware though, that once your footwear gets wet, you may need to re-apply another coat after they have dried. The first time this coating is applied should ideally be when the footwear is new.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Provided that a valid email address was entered when placing the order we will email you after the order is placed. The initial email serves as a confirmation of the order details. Once the order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse you will receive a second email containing the shipping tracking number.

Please note: For any purchases/deliveries made with a partnered retailer, please contact their customer service team direct with regards to any enquiries.

What locations will you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship Internationally.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All items purchased will be processed within 1-2 working days after they have been ordered. (Monday - Friday). Our dispatch warehouse is not open on the weekends or public holidays. If items are ordered late at night, on weekends or on public holidays, the order will be processed on the next business opening day.

Ordered items once they are processed are then collected and sent out using our Postal/Courier partners, please allow 3-10 working days delivery timing depending on your location within Australia.

All orders will be allocated tracking details once they have been processed, this tracking number will be emailed to you. (Please check your Junk mail and Inbox folders).

Unfortunately, once the order has been sent out and is with our Postal/Courier partners, we are unable to control their delivery timings. We also cannot control any delays due to postal or courier backlogs or not operating on public holidays.

Please note: We currently deliver within Australia only. We do not ship Internationally.

Please note: We do not compensate 'postage or delivery costs' for delays incurred by any Postal/Courier providers that have been used to deliver your parcel.

COVID -19 Delivery status

How can I get an Exchange or Refund?

Visit the 'Contact Us' page and complete the fields. In the subject line please include your order number and intention eg: Exchange Order #3000. https://ozwearuggs.com.au/pages/exchange-and-refund-policy 

Can I get an Exchange or Refund for my online purchase at the Sydney Warehouse Outlet store?

No, the Sydney warehouse outlet store has no way of processing a refund or exchange for purchases made online. They do not have access to the 'record of sale'. You will need to return or exchange via the online store.
